1) Registration & Accounts

  1. Registration for a customer or partner account is free. Ek vyakti ke paas sirf ek active ID ho sakti hai.
  2. You agree to provide accurate details and keep them updated (KYC, bank/UPI, PAN as applicable).
  3. The company may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, misuse of brand name, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2) Partner Program & Earnings Disclaimer

  1. Carego follows a product-based model. Any incentives, commissions or benefits for partners arise only from genuine product purchases and/or product sales as per the officially communicated plan.
  2. Detailed incentive structures (such as slabs, thresholds or other conditions) are explained only in official written documents or inside the secure partner dashboard. These documents may be updated from time to time.
  3. We do not promise any fixed or guaranteed income. Actual results depend completely on your own effort, product knowledge, customer network and market conditions.
  4. Our program is not an investment, deposit, chit fund, or quick-money scheme. Please do not join if you are looking for assured income without product movement.
This summary is for basic understanding only. In case of any difference between this page and the official partner policy/circulars, the latest official documents will always prevail.

3) Payouts, Credits & Charges

  1. Where eligible, payouts (if any) are processed through the company’s standard accounting process into the bank/UPI details you provide, subject to verification.
  2. Minimum payout limits, processing timelines, and any applicable deductions (for example TDS, bank/processing charges) are displayed in the official policy or inside your secure dashboard before you confirm a request.
  3. The company reserves the right to hold or review payouts in case of suspected abuse, incomplete KYC, or regulatory/compliance checks.
  4. If any internal credit or wallet system is provided for ease of accounting, it is purely a software record and not a bank account or financial instrument.

4) Products, Invoices & Taxes

  1. Every genuine invoice includes applicable taxes and details as per GST norms, where applicable.
  2. Our products are wellness supplements and are not medical cures. They do not replace any doctor-prescribed treatment.
  3. Usage should follow label guidance. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing any medical condition before using our products.
  4. Any claims, testimonials or results shared by users are individual experiences and should not be taken as universal guarantees.

5) Compliance & Policy Changes

  1. Policies, plans and terms may change from time to time. Please refer to official circulars, notices, or dashboard messages for the latest information.
  2. In case of discrepancies between different communications, the latest official circular or signed policy document shall be treated as final.
  3. Partners are expected to follow all communication and branding guidelines and must not make exaggerated, misleading or illegal claims while promoting Carego products or the partner opportunity.

6) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. All disputes are subject to Jaipur (Rajasthan), India jurisdiction.
  2. Laws of India govern these Terms & any related policies or agreements.
